Building to think... or... Building to Ship

I watched the recording of yesterday’s Config India⁠. I really liked how Dylan talked about prototyping as “a way to untangle a problem”. He described two types of building:

BUILDING TO THINK
Fast, loose, messy, reckless, pushing, thinking boundaries

BUILDING TO SHIP
Deliberate, precise, care, crafted, security

This aligns to something I’ve been thinking a lot about recently, and then I saw this on Twitter, the 2 slice team⁠ 🍕 and how two different personalities can work really well together to deliver quickly
